Ballot Initiative

Bay State Repeal intends to sponsor and craft a ballot initiative for the 2016 election repealing the prohibition against growing, possessing, and using cannabis, and mandating only that it not be sold to minors.

Volunteers will be needed beginning on or about September 16, 2015 to gather signatures for the initiative and other tasks.



Bay State Repeal needs funds to assure we get the 64,750 certified signatures between September 16, 2015 and November 18, 2015.

Money talks, and we want it to say “We are Massachusetts, and we want legal cannabis.”
